Staff was polite but did not want to take my son. I paid for registration and less than an hour later they called me at work to pick up my son. They complained that my son (3 year old) would not sit still and do crafts. He's literally 3 years old he wanted to run and play which is typical for a toddler. Why is this considered a play center if the kids are not allowed to play and be kids.

CPS came in and interviewed my (very young) children about an incident that happened to another kid while mine were there. I was never told by this facility that CPS spoke to my children. When I picked my kids up that day, they acted as if nothing had ever happened and said they had a “great day”. The only reason I found out was because CPS called me six months later about a follow up question. I went to the Southlake location to get information. Aaliyah was very knowledgeable and informative. She answered all my questions and was very kind. I had to edit my review to 3 stars instead of 5. It keeps the 3 because of Aaliyah. It lost 2 stars because they did not change my daughter. I picked her up and her pull up was soaked. She was there the whole day. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently toured Adventure Kid Daycare as a parent of a 2-year-old, and I couldn’t be more impressed!
