Not too thrilled to with my encounter on this location. Called and spoke to Tiffany on an 10 minute call and which should could not tell me anything in regards to pricing or fees.
Absolutely love this place! It's my go to for when I need a sitter or want to have a girls night out. I use to hire a nanny until I discovered this place. I love that my son is able to interact with other kids, no screen time, they have fun activities for the kids to do throughout the day. Provide lunch, dinner and snacks. And every time I pick up my son he always shares with me that he had a fun time! Highly recommend!
My youngest son was so happy here! The flexibility allowed me to work a bit more, but my son comes home with a new skill every time we visit. He loves it! I got to work more! Staff are AMAZING, professional, smart, caring, and keep the kids safe in an enriching and FUN environment! Thank you!
Had my mom dropped off my son here. She picked him up later after 3 hours, was charged $101. The first $58 was for the hours, which is fine. They overcharged her $43. She called multiple times about the over charge and seems like no management ever there. Finally was able to speak to some one in charge and was told a refund been issued, which will takes 2-5 business days to return the fund to the account. Well it been 2 weeks now, called back and spoke to someone else and was told no refund ever issued.
This place has the absolute best childcare providers we have ever experienced! They were extremely friendly and helpful and the kids loved them! The staff helped other customers load their kids in the car and even brought them lollipops out for all the kids after. They also packaged up pizza for the kids that didn’t eat it to take home. The whole staff went over and above and it was really amazing to experience that! Thank you
