My wife and I bought two Velotric e-bikes here—she chose the Discover 3 and I picked the Summit 2—and we had an awesome buying experience. Dave had brochures ready and researched the models before we arrived, which really helped us decide. Joe handled the order, gave us a realistic ETA and called right on time when the bikes were ready. Our family used this service for the abingdon to Damascus portion of the trail. Great experience, the adults rented the e-bikes, although we would have probably been fine without them. Appreciated the use of a quality e bike, velotric breeze, for this trip. Highly recommend if you plan to ride the trail.
We have always used another company for our bike rental in Damascus, but they do not have e-bikes so this year we went with Adventure Damascus. The service was friendly, the bikes were in great shape. Dave was our driver and was very informative on the area. He was great! I will always use Adventure Damascus moving forward. We had a great experience. Also, the shopping at the store with the bike rentals is better than their sister store down the road. There is more options. We enjoyed a perfect fall day on the trail from Abingdon to Damascus. Our rental and shuttle experience was great, and everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed shopping around in the store before our ride. We definitely plan to return!
