Awesome crew! Very friendly and helpful!
We had a great experience. They fitted us for bikes that we were renting, the shuttle was enjoyable as our guide told us about the history. they provided helmets and the bikes had a holder for a water bottle, which was perfect. They even gave us a flat fixer bag and put it on my husband’s bike just in case.all of the staff were so kind and welcoming.
Bike rentals & Bike shuttle service was great! I had an issue with my personal bike that they were able to help with as well. Very friendly staff, and very knowledgeable!
Stopped in to buy new t-shirts, staff (Jake and Cara) were friendly and helpful.
Called twice and spoke with two employees before booking 4 e-bikes , because the downhill portion is closed after the hurricane. After driving a hour and a half to get there. The first question was is everybody 18. Not once or written anywhere about that on either conversation . We have a 15 and 16 year old whom actually own e- Bikes. Funny part is there website mentions asking stupid questions on FAQ . Joke is on us evidently
