Veey nice people
I had such a fun an memorable experience renting the bikes for the Creeper Trail. We were shuttled by the kindest guy and he informed us on the way of a ton of cool things! My bf has been here twice already. Definitely recommend :)!
Super kind and friendly staff! They went above and beyond to provide a great experience from ensuring the bike was in tip-top shape, providing history of the trail, and making sure that we had a fantastic time. Need to come back in March 2027.
We had the best time with this bike rental company. They accommodated a schedule change for weather and were very kind and knowledgeable of the area.

Their staff was incredibly kind, and they have a great outfitter shop with hiking gear, AT supplies, and souvenirs. In August, they were offering a free e-bike shuttle and gave us a military discount, making the e-bikes an especially good value.
