We have always used another company for our bike rental in Damascus, but they do not have e-bikes so this year we went with Adventure Damascus. The service was friendly, the bikes were in great shape. Dave was our driver and was very informative on the area. He was great! I will always use Adventure Damascus moving forward. We had a great experience. Also, the shopping at the store with the bike rentals is better than their sister store down the road. There is more options. We enjoyed a perfect fall day on the trail from Abingdon to Damascus. Our rental and shuttle experience was great, and everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed shopping around in the store before our ride. We definitely plan to return!
Ken was absolutely fantastic! He drove us from Damascus to Abingdon with our bikes and made the whole shuttle experience smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and made sure our bikes were handled carefully and arrived in perfect condition. The bikes themselves were in great mechanical shape — everything worked flawlessly on the ride. Highly recommend Ken and the team for anyone planning a trip on the Creeper Trail!
Highly recommend. They had more time slots than other places. Very friendly and easy check in process. Answered all of our questions. We got a great history of the area by the driver on the way up. All bikes were in great shape.
