Customer service is a thing of the past. I fully intend to close my account by the end of the week. You'll be luck to contact them via phone within 15mins. You won't receive a reply message via app either. They're basically failing their customers..
Their loan advisors are terrible. They won't even call you or guide you through anything. Nor give you a contract to read. They want you to buy the vehcile and put insurance on it before they will approve the loan. So backwards. Never again! Can't wait to close all of my accounts and pull my money out!
Continues to get worse and less accessible as the years go by. I’ve had an account for nearly 10 years and will soon be closing it due to lack of easy access and functionality of remote deposit options. I guess I will have to switch to a local bank after remaining with ACU for years after departing Michigan.
Great branch/bank, but it's annoying to not be able to visit outside of working hours...
