They are always friendly, helpful and responsive to my needs when I go to there office. The Grand Rapids is also very responsive when I call, usually to transfer funds.
I mostly use your on line services. But when dealing with the Cedar st. branch they have always been very helpful in answering my questions and solving my problems.
Always get great service at this location....and Basil always helps and works with me to help me get what I need.....great employees!!!
I have been a member at Adventure C U since 1980. Many name changes and locations and yet I never left. Financing for cars and a home always went smoothly and quickly. Now I use the S. Cedar branch and it is always friendly and complete my needs quickly and accurately. Rarely do I wait in line for service. I am now retired and have no intention of going anywhere. Thank You ACU.....
