Very helpfull
Always had good experience with the lady and shes nice.
Not really sure what to think of this lady. She is very nice but did not have our bikes ready when they were supposed to be and we had to make two 20 minutes trips back into her. One of the bikes was supposed to have the brakes and shifters adjusted but got home and the front brakes were still rubbing and still had trouble getting into gear. Pretty much the same as when I took it in so a complete waste of money.
