We just stopped in on a whim to look at what kind of bike my 14 year old could get. They took a lot of time, showing different bikes and asking questions - clearly more interested in making sure we learned what we needed than making a sale. Excellent service. We are still trying to figure out what we want but wouldn't hesitate to go with Adventure if we decide to buy.
This place is amazing. They always give me the best advice and tons of attention even when I just have an old used bike. The customer service is excellent. You can tell Jeff has a passion for biking and loves to support anyone out there doing it. We've taken four separate bikes here over the years and I would never go anywhere else. Their labor prices are extremely fair also. Best bike shop!
Friendly guys, honored a warranty on a new bike I purchased for my son, fixed it the same day.
Jeff took good care of my bike. I had my brake housing swapped and brakes adjustment, which was reasonably priced. Quick turnaround and really pleasant to work with.
