Trey was amazing! Super helpful would recommend dealing with him over any other U-Haul on the peninsula.
The car I rented for a week in July ‘25 was pretty bad. The engine light and the tire pressure light came on the minute I started the car and never went off. Turn signal was tricky. Car was dirty at pickup. When I contacted them about engine and tire gauge lights always being on, they replied that it wasn’t a problem, that the car had been checked out. The car was a piece of S……. I didn’t feel comfortable exploring outside of Homer with those issues, so it was a problem. Next time, I’ll rent in Anchorage and drive to Homer.

Great customer service ! I needed a vehicle while my car was in the shop. Trace and Tara were very easy to work with and accommodating to my needs. They seamlessly worked directly with insurance company paying for rental and did all the work for me.
