I went to the hospital in Florida to give birth to my baby, care was very good from reception, nurses, doctors, cleaning staff and even dietitians. But still there's always someone out and that person was a nurse named Rosa who was always very friendly and attentive to me and my newborn. My congratulations for her, because it looks that although his work is difficult to do and she likes to serve others.
Horrible hospital! Took my 7 month old son there because he had a fever of 103.3 and I couldn't keep it down. Sat in the ER for hours with my son screaming and crying and burning up. I don't know how many times he threw up everywhere and they did absolutely nothing to help him! I will never be taking him back to this hospital. Glad my son wasn't like dieing or something!
I went yesterday, a fee hours after leaving a urgent care Center with severe ear pain (I have RA and the ear was beyond horrible. After check in, I didn't even make it to a chair and was called back. A PA was in with me in about 5 minutes. The doctor came about 5 minutes after that to take me to a contact precaution room as I didn't have what the UC doc said but something worse and contageous. Dr. Koonkitti is amazing and if I find myself in ER again, I hope she is there.
Rating for my son's week in the hospital. Compared to other hospitals, staff was very attentive, the facility was like new with a lot of patient care technology. As one might expect, a minority of the nursing staff was sub-par and it would have been nice if the very high tech television worked. Food seemed higher quality than most and I would give all the docs we dealt with a top rating.
From the time I walked in, to the time they wheeled me out after my knee surgery. Nothing but helpful and caring people.... Thank you Dr. Ratterman and your awesome staff.....
The staff was very professional and also very caring. They took great care of me and kept my family informed during my procedure.

What a wonderful experience!!!! Went to Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel Emergency Room with kidney stones (VERY PAINFULL). Was in the ER bed within minutes and seen by a physician almost immediately. From Registration to the Nurse to the CT Tech to the Physician I knew I was in good hands. It was all of the little things that they did that made the difference.
