I've had surgery there and now my mother had surgery. The hospital is clean and attractive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was well taken care of, so had my mother. My only issue is the cafeteria closing so early. It should be 24 hours if the kitchen is not going to offer trays to relatives staying over night with patients.
We had a wonderful and caring experience in the ER! All the staff was attentive and took great care of my son. I would recommend the ER to everyone. Thank you!
Incredible experience. Everyone there was so nice! My nurse practitioner Shawn (or Sean, not too sure) was super cool, checked on me constantly, made sure I was comfortable when I left. Even hung out and we talked about football with me. Little stuff like that makes people feel more comfortable. So happy that I'm near this hospital.
I was admitted via ER due to COPD and later found heart issues. The staff at Wesley Chapel was really wonderful and caring and helpful. The doctors, nursing staff, technicians, nutritionists, and housekeeping were very helpful and willing to answer questions. I will say (in a funny aside .. I think they loved my being a pin cushion .. I don't give my blood easily :) ). Came to Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel on Friday with abdominal and chest pain. From the moment I came through the door, I experience there utmost service. Every person that I came into contact with greeted me with a smile and provide top notch care. After testing, in was determined that I needed gallbladder surgery. This past Saturday, November 12th, I had to take my 17 year old daughter to the Emergency Room. The staff were extremely kind & courteous!! They were very knowledgeable about their roles and what needed to be done! They took GREAT care of my daughter and our Nurse, "Reg" kept us smiling & laughing almost the entire time! We've been to other hospitals in the area, but NONE showed us the care and positive attention that we received from Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel!! They are awesome!! Great staff and care on a modern facility. My wife had an emergency surgery for a gallbladder removal. The surgery went well and she had to stay overnight.
