I took my dad in for an MRI ordered by his ENT doctor. He needed to be taken in through the emergency room in order for this to be done. We have seen the doctor once in the 8 hours we've been here with minimal response to calls. The nurse working the ER has no bedside manner whatsoever. When asked what was delaying the process for hours, her response was "well he's the only doctor here right now so yeah." And walked out of the room. We will not be returning to this hospital in the future based on this experience alone.
