This place is like a spa, full of great people, instructors, and positive energy! The facility is always very clean, warm towels, a sauna, and the nice warm therapy pool is so helpful!! Always friendly and attentive staff , who greet you and tell you goodbye or to have a good day. Stock warm towels, keep the locker room clean, and extras like blow dryers. Our whole family attends, and we love it! Thank you !! It’s more than a gym.
My husband and I absolutely love AdventHealth Wellness Center. It truly has everything you need in one place. The classes are so much fun, and the sauna and therapy pool are our favorites—perfect for relaxing after a workout. It’s a great environment to stay active, motivated, and healthy. Such a great place to exercise, and the staff and atmosphere make you want to keep coming back!
Overall, this is a really solid gym. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which makes the environment feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and respectful, and that goes a long way. The facility itself is very clean and well kept.
