Anilda is a gifted yoga teacher. She creates a welcoming & supportive atmosphere with a focus on breath awareness. I enjoy the various types of music she uses & feel more flexible & calm after each class!

I, with my wife Sue , both 92 years old, have been taking Anilda's Yoga class for several years. The fact that we are able to live independently in our own home and maintain good health and vitality, we attribute in no small part to our participation in this class.
