Therapists are amazing but, Very disappointed with this location. My mother’s physical therapy appointment has now been canceled three different times just minutes before the scheduled appointment. She is a Medicaid patient, so every visit requires arranging Medicaid transportation ahead of time. By the time the office canceled, transportation had already been scheduled, wasting everyone’s time and delaying her treatment. Each time, we were told that Medicaid had not approved the therapy. I highly recommend this physical therapy office! Every single member of the staff is outstanding—each one is better than the next. They are kind, professional, friendly, caring, and always keep the facility clean and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Rachel, Andrea, and Sheila for their exceptional care. cannot recommend this place enough!! james, rachel, and the whole team are absolutely incredible. the environment is so positive and fun and you can tell the whole team wants to help you. truly a caring and kind group
