Albert Bullington has been my physical therapist through rehab for two different surgeries at the Lake Mary clinic, and I honestly can't say enough good things about him. I’ve had an exceptional experience with the physical therapy team at AdventHealth Waterford Lakes. The level of care and attention I’ve received has been beyond outstanding, and they’ve truly made my PT journey something I look forward to. Therapists are amazing but, Very disappointed with this location. My mother’s physical therapy appointment has now been canceled three different times just minutes before the scheduled appointment. She is a Medicaid patient, so every visit requires arranging Medicaid transportation ahead of time. By the time the office canceled, transportation had already been scheduled, wasting everyone’s time and delaying her treatment. Each time, we were told that Medicaid had not approved the therapy. I highly recommend this physical therapy office! Every single member of the staff is outstanding—each one is better than the next.
