Hands down the BEST physical therapy facility ever! All the staff are absolutely AMAZING!! They truly care about their patients. Thank you all especially to my therapist Bill for helping me recover and saving me from continued pain.

Although the journey has been incredibly painful and challenging, the Advent Health Occupational Therapy team has worked tirelessly to help me regain the use of my elbow and arm. My arm was experiencing atrophy and muscle wasting due to an unknown injury. It was so painful as my arm continued to deteriorate. Today marks my 30th visit, and while my elbow still hurts, it is stronger, and the atrophy and muscle wasting are reversing! Waiting areas too small parking lot is bigger than the whole building offices are tiny should have stayed at the old building

Arrived at 11:00am for my 11:15 appt. I left at 11:45 am as I was informed I was overlooked. I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for today’s visit. I sat quietly in the waiting area the whole time. I had no choice but to leave. I checked in with Jeri immediately at my arrival. I wish she had advocated for me better.
