Mr Kam has been amazing and very helpful all through the process.
This review is based on having to wait 2 full days to reach someone. Had to go through a call center. When a patient needs you do they put the call light on and the HUC says someone will get back to you in 24 hrs no. Our same service standards should be reflected to the members as Advent Health is such a great organization to work for. I think shows poor customer service to a member, and doesn’t make us feel valued .
