It's the first time I stay at a rehab facility and the last one I would choose! 🥴 The nurses' aides didn't know what they were doing, especially on the night shift (I had a foley on and when it was time to empty it, one came and said she didn't know how to do it). They mess up your meds and the dosage time! You have to beg for a shower.... and the only acceptable meal was the breakfast, I seldom had lunch and left most of my supper untouched! Nice place. The P.t. & O.T is so sweet. But the nurses(specifically at night ) is depending on your attitude. But normally, they're just rude, & not patient. Dosen't care about anything, & everything.
Upon first visit to see my Father , I attempted to speak to his nurse and was kind of shocked at the response from her. I was inquiring about one of my Father's medications that he wasn't being given. Nurse has a very aggressive personality and was very curt and rude. My wife and I are now uncomfortable about the feeling of leaving a loved one at this facility. I'd give this place a negative star if I could .1 star is the lowest it will let me give .
There has been some awful treatment by staff. There seems to be attempts to improve.
