Very disappointing experience. Extremely poor management and rude attitude. I waited for hours multiple times just to speak with the management, and the way concerns were handled was unacceptable. Definitely needs major improvement in professionalism and respect👍
Advent Care exceeded my expectations regards my mothers 6 week respite stay this year. The food was exceptional, social activities excellent, ambiance sophisticated, more like a hotel than a nursing home. Staff were delightful and clearly love working here. Their patience was always in place with friendly dispositions.
