Drop off and driver were no problem, however now that we need the equipment picked back up there are nothing but problems. Again, driver is not a problem, the problem is whoever is in charge of making pick up appointments and a clear lack of communication between that person and the driver. I have called several times (and believe I spoke to the same woman every time) and explained when exactly I would be home. They never show up when I am home, only when I am not. I'm writing this review as a family member of a patient, these people are rude, condescending, unprofessional and have horrible communication skills. They try to blame the patient/caregivers instead of taking accountability. Disgusting. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Open Letter to Advent Health Partners, I write to address a troubling incident involving my client at your Doctors. She sought emergency care due to severe pain, and the behavior of Dr. Christopher J. Phillips was deeply unprofessional. My client, a cancer survivor with a pacemaker and osteoarthritis, arrived in distress. A prior visit from a different doctor resulted in injections and pain relief options. This is the worst company to work for. HR is a joke, they say they listen to the employees but don't. The Senior Director (Elizabeth) has been there a long time, is stuck in her ways and offers nothing new for clients. She just closes claims, that are collectible claims and on calls with clients she has nothing new to offer. Crickets is what you hear on the clients end. Poor training on collection calls and follow-through with clients. In short, totally unprofessional. If zero stars was available, that would be my rating.
