I highly recommend Advent Transport! I had an excellent experience with them. Mark was very organized and professional when scheduling my drive from a medical facility to my home. They were referred to me by the medical facility given the great experience other patients have had. He was on time and very reliable. The van was very clean, in great condition and well maintained. This was amazing and professional! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs transportation to and from the hospital for surgical procedures or other needs… I was contacted by Marc more than one time to confirm details and see if I needed a wheelchair… My driver was Vanessa who had been a nurse…. And she was very flexible and happy to wait…when the procedure ran a bit long… I was so pleased with the experience that I made the hospital aware and ensured that they had a business card…I felt safe and cared for!

I used this company on February 25, 2025. Mr. Garyson exceeded my expectations. He arrived early to pick-up my friend and stayed the entire time during the luncheon. He was gentle and professional with her care. The cost was fair, and she enjoyed getting out to celebrate her 98th birthday. I have planned another trip with Mark and Advent transportation. I highly recommend them.
