I enjoy the credit union more than a regular bank. When I enter, they usually know who I am. The ladies there take good care of everyone!

My husband has been a customer for over 20 years and he added me to his accounts. Liz and Dawn have the worst customer service even after he added me they are very rude to us every time. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. We are looking for a new bank.

That older white lady with the short hair has horrible customer service. Should not be working the window. Literally gave me every excuse possible for why she didn't want to print my card off. I was trying to avoid riding 30 mins across town. She basically didn't know how to do it but was the lady in charge. How can you be left in charge and not know how to do all the task that will be required of you. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.
