I don't want to complain about a paticular branch,but advantis online or customer service . Failed horribly just trying to get a replacement debit card damaged not stolen ,month long saga ,they failed to process online request,i waited the 15 days to recieve card never came,called customer service says they see request but dont know why it never processed 45 minutes later and many tranfers and rexplaining situation supervisor says they will expidite though fedex and get me new card right away well 4 days later fed ex shows u... read more
I was denied a loan by Advantis because my ID was stolen by One Technologies dba Scoresence & My Credit Health & Advantis failed to send me the denial for 7 months causing my credit to be suspended for over three years while I disputed the false charges from One Technologies. Advantis promoted the loan officer that failed to give me the denial letter that she withheld for 7 months. It’s really bad, i had my electricity and cable turned off because they have been failing me in bill pay! Im so frustrated with their services, i talked to y this person named Jack and it was like talking to a wall, i talked to the branch manager Kenoe and he was digging in trying to figure out what the problem is and no one seems to know why this is happening. An i the only one experiencing this problem?
