I needed a simple $200 withdrawal. There was a line at the ATM. I went to the video teller. I just moved back to the state so I have a temporary ID. It required 20 minutes and two virtual managers, to deny my temporary, but legitimate ID. They can see I just moved my address on my account. I presented my old ID with the old address. There's actual physical employees around who can check it. I gave up and went outside and used the ATM with my pin. I got my money in a minute. I don't understand the virtual tellers.
Been with Advantis / Rivermark since July 2008 when I purchased a new truck. All The folks I have worked with in the following years have been extremely helpful including with the new truck I just purchased 👍 and with all my other transactions.
Dirty lenders damn shame too
