Bankers I worked with here are sloppy. Input information into our account wrong when setting up accounts. Would expect better from a credit union.
We made the switch from one of the big banks and we haven’t looked back once. Rivermark has been nothing but fantastic. Very fast responses to calls and emails. Very friendly.
