Very poor customer service. Ever since rivermark merger with advantis credit union. They've miss handled everyone's accounts. And low limit from your debt cash withdrawal.. and no courtesy of a temporary increase for emergencies.
Run. This place is horrible. If I could, I would give them 0.125 stars for being sort of clean inside There is a reason why this place is not accredited by the BBB. It is very clear.
Atm dosent work when withdrawing cash. I had the amount in the account. Won't use it again.
Called and got a payoff for our RV(8 days ago)and the payoff was suppose to be for 15 days, went to our bank and wired the funds to Rivermark to payoff RV. Rivermark placed the money in our savings account and did not pay off our rv. So when I called today they said I owe a additional $232.34 and I had to bring in cash or a cashier check because they couldn't take a another bank card over the phone to pay the $232.34. What kind of business does this to their customers.
Worst merger ever, now they greedy! Won’t reverse fees that happened during the merger
