I purchased the "Rabbit Loft" for my daughters easter bunny from Tractor Supply. In the last 25 years I have put together multiple do it yourself items. They usually have several pages and approx 15 to 25 step by step directions.* The directions that came in the rabbit cage box was a joke! (A 1 page diagram that would be great if you were a builder!) I noticed the box was re-taped together when I bought it. Now I know why- someone else didn't want it. Very disappointed as I am taking it back in the morning.
Advantek has the worst customer service I have ever come across. The company does not respond to customer emails or phone calls or inquiries through their website. As an owner of 7 of their kennels I've contacted them for replacement doors (because all the paint peeled off two of my kennels) and to purchase more kennels for my business and they do not respond.
