A miserable experience, and it ain't over yet. I ordered my lumber on April 20th and I'm still waiting for it in Annapolis on May 6th, after it first went AWOL in Maine--which I learned about from the lady who got it and gave me a call--and now it's AWOL in Baltimore. Horrible customer service. Don't stand by products. Called 6 times for problem resolution. They just wanna say they are short handed due to the virus but don't take care of the customers they have. After 6 calls finally got new wood shipped. Arrived damaged. They refused to take my call and didn't return messages. Specifically one of the managers D J****.
