What Customer Service? – I am a student who was going on a trip that was planned through the school and the school chose the travel agency. I have never personally dealt with a travel agency before but after this experience I don't ever want to again. The travel agent we used was named Sally Curtis and she did not even bother to check to see if we, the students, had our names spelled correctly on our plane tickets.
