Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable transfer service for the people who are dependent on and need transportation services to and from appointments! Left me elderly bed ridden father at a Dr.'s appointment and didn't return fir 21/2 hours because they had other appointments they had scheduled. When I called the office I spoke to a very rude, stressed and unprofessional co-owner of the company! Not the way to run a business!!! Definitely not the stellar service I was looking for! Will not use again!
