Having dealt with two other settlement agencies over the years, we have to say advantage settlement has been the worst! they are so bad in returning calls and emails and also giving you an update on how the settlement is going. We had to constantly keep calling and even when we did, they refuse to take the calls but would sent an email hours later. Shocking service for a settlement agency!
