Logged for a free quote on the website. Got a follow up call later that day to book in a day/time for the appointment. Staff member (Adam) turned up on time and happily walked me through options that suited my requirements. Never felt like he was upselling anything. He just found the best option for my pricepoint and measured the door up. Let me know he'd send a quote through later that afternoon and he texted to confirm when it had been sent to me. This company use to be good that’s why we decided to go with them for a second time unfortunately have gone down big time in their customer service. We had a very arrogant man come to our house to give quote obviously had a bad day and was in a rush didn’t really explain much and had a terrible attitude . Am still actually waiting for quote. There are plenty of much better companies out there wouldn’t touch them.

I could not be happier with our new outdoor blinds. The staff communicated well, kept us in the loop, were punctual and we're so happy with the blinds. Friends referred us to Advantage and we'll surely use them again and recommend their services.

Fantastic service. This team has installed multiple screen doors and now curtains at our place. Both times, it was a short period between quote and installation, as well as super friendly and efficient installation. High quality materials and finish. Thank you!
