Arrived in San juan around an hour late due to issues with our plane and this dump took the liberty to cancel our rental car after partial payment..refused us to talk to their customer service and doesn't answer phone. Been here 6 times and never had an issue like this so dont waste your time saving 40 bucks with this dump
