Great service, price and, car
Had actually booked a car with another company that had somehow lost our reservation, so they sent us to Advantage and they were extremely efficient. Would definitely use their services again if need be.

Rented a car from the 9th through the 13th of February! Returned the car cleaned and mint condition! Still haven’t been reimbursed for my deposit for incidentals and when I called to complain, I was told they forgot to do the process and I had to wait for another eight days! This is not a serious company and I’ll never use their services again and encourage people to not do the same you will be disappointed! Contacted corporate office by email and even then have not contacted me back! Just a terrible experience!
Horrible experience. They allowed me to make a reservation at 8pm, they sent me an email that a van will be waiting for me and that there is 1 hr leeway. Only to find out that their office closes at 8:00. Every other economy car rental (routes, next car, ...) were open much later. It was actually the van drivers from these other companies that helped me.
