Our honeymoon started terribly because of this company. After landing in San Juan, we waited for more than an hour in the heat for the shuttle that was supposed to pick us up, but it never arrived. We kept calling the rental office over and over, but the phone line had been left off the hook and constantly rang busy. IN RESPONSE TO MANAGER REPLY: It is sickening to see the lack of accountability from you and your company. We waited for a SECOND POLICE OFFICER TO ARRIVE ON SCENE WHO SPOKE ENGLISH THAT SAID THE REGISTRATION WAS EXPIRED AND SHOWED ME THE DATE ON THE PAPER WORK THAT WAS IN THE GLOVE BOX. WHEN I CAME TO YOUR LOCATION YOUR EMPLOYEES MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WASNT A BIG DEAL AND SAID “oh it’s not the registration, it’s the license.” You are a poor example of a manager and now I will pursue this even further and report your company ... read more
