After the car rental company we actually booked with didn't have a car for us when we arrived, Advantage went above to accommodate our needs and saved our vacation. They also had reasonable rates!! Thanks!!
I had a reservation for 12 30pm an it was almost 2pm and that's when they gave me a car. When I checked it it was a car that it was scratched everywhere, dirty inside and outside it smelled like cigarettes. I asked for them to change it the girl at 1st said no then she pretended she was looking for another car ant then asked another male employee and he said no. I can’t speak for the rental experience, as I did not get the opportunity to receive one. I got off a 4 hour flight, I waited for a shuttle for 30 minutes to no avail. At that point, I’m very frustrated and decide to go to my hotel. Upon calling Advantage, I was met with the most unpleasant woman I’ve ever experienced. Completely unprofessional. I was distressed.
