I booked a rogue, when i got there I was told I needed to pay double for another similar car, and no cars matched my price point. But I could see that there were 3 nissan rogues (in the back) lined up for cleaning. Of course I asked but, they told me they were there for a "recall"? Started with a $68 package which ended at $202.18. This is truly one of the nightmare services and I am not sure how Advantage is even in business. Unless you work for the company, I would avoid this car rental as if your life depended on it. Several hidden fees and policies involving tolls, car insurance, cleaning and gas. I would highly recommend you pretend to be a lawyer and sit down to read through the contract before you sign. Had a reservation for a 11pm but my flight was delayed because of weather so we arrived after 12 by the time we got our luggage it was 12:30 am We stood out by the shuttle pick up walking back and forth until finally the Wally park van came to tell us advantage car rental was closed. Needless to say my husband and I are both disabled had to either spend the night at the airport or find another car rental. You would think they would be aware of flights being delayed and at least notify us that we wouldn’t be able to get a car... read more
