Waited two hours to get my rental , only one person working the front desk at best. Asking for things we need to have with no prior notice.
Stay away. They upsell you insurance and won't except any one that you have. They also don't take AMEX. Virtual customer service you talk to on video. There's a reason everyone complains and poor ratings. Walked out with no car
Worst rental experience EVER!! First, it took TWO shuttles to get here. What’s even worse, is that I booked it on Expedia and the final price was $68 for 2 days. When we went to pick up the car, the bill somehow came out to $300!! They added in all these hidden fees. They wouldn’t allow me to decline insurance, and to make matters worse the staff was rude arrogant and obnoxious.
After reading these reviews I would say it’s a 30% chance you will enjoy this company.
