Never again, Been here 40 minutes. 5 minutes was to get the paperwork finalized. Still here waiting on a car..... Also they added a $200 for credit card payment? WTH. I've heard of a large deposit with a debit card but I've never paid a deposit on a car with a credit card. ...Update: I did it again. I'm stupid. One full hour this time (agent was super nice), car was still pretty dirty on the outside.

Classic bait and switch. Rented a SUV in Denver Colorado in February. I have never gotten anything but an All Wheel Drive SUV in Denver from other rental agencies. When I arrived at the counter, I was informed that the SUV I reserved was a 2 wheel drive vehicle. Then they offered an upgrade to a All Wheel Drive for an additional $50 per day, almost double the original reserve price. At that point, I am stuck at the rental location without transportation.
