Placed the order for the rental car as we were on a plane headed to the gate. Ended up having to wait an hour and a half on the plane. Text Advantage to check in and they text me back directions on where to stand for the shuttle to pick us up. The shuttle got there only for the driver to tell us that they were closed and we could not pick our car up. He told us the reservation would cancel automatically and we would be refunded but we never got a refund ($110) and never could get anyone on the phone. The only option is to le... read more
