The staff was very friendly, and did a great job mediating a rather irate customer, upset about the location not having any vehicles available onsite at the time a reservation was made. It took over an hour from the time I was waiting for a shuttle to the rental location, until I drove off the lot...in a minivan. Sigh.
Worst experience ever!!! They get negative 2 from me
