Car was ready on time, friendly service at the gate (always) and friendly and efficient service upon return, can't ask for more than that!
Had to wait 15 minutes for a reserved car due to the demand created by the buildup to the Super Bowl. Lucy at the counter gave great service and that alone counterbalanced the inconvenience.

I am a Hertz #1 Gold Member, but have discovered that some airport locations value that more than others. Hertz at SJC was exemplary. The car was ready, clean & almost new (256 miles). The pick up & drop off was among the best ever. Look forward to renting here again.
