Rude and nasty. Confrontational when they came to my house and I was not the person Kim was there to serve. There are "don't walk in the grass" signs posted as it is fairly new sod. This was pointed out to her. Her response was "I own this grass." No reason for any of that.
Rude. The boss, Laura is absolutely a nightmare. These people should not be in business. I had to report them to FTC and CFPB. There is a certain professional attitude that should be upheld at all times. If you cannot be professional, then you should not have a business.
