Never had a problem in seven years until now. Very disappointing!
Have banked here for years, they have always been great to work with whether getting a loan or just depositing money has always been a super smooth process.
They suck, they latterly say they are there to help you and make you happy but everytime I go into this branch I leave unhappy the Center street is was better and more friendly, and actually willing to work with you
They put things on hold. So far I had 3 things on hold in my checking account. Then when it takes the money it over drafts 29 dollars. They the second one is over drafted another 29 dollars then the third one is over drafter 29 dollars these are purchases I made days ago so they just took 87 dollars out of my account because they place those things on hold instead of just taking out the same day.
