Our daughter’s card got stuck in the ATM, Saturday night. Drew answered a text from me and Anna drove all the way to the credit union in Soda Springs to help with the issue. Great specialized service!

Montpelier Branch is an A+ in every category. Seirra and her team are always ready to help and I’ve never had a problem go unsolved. Highly recommend them for everything from home mortgage to basic savings accounts.
Soda is the only branch I ever run into problems with my transactions. Customer service is awful compared to the other branches. They complain and crap talk about the members around other members. Very unprofessional and disheartening.
