Excellent payroll company
I used to love Advantage payroll when they were local in Midland. Two months ago I received a letter saying that the Midland location would be closed but I would keep my same rep who was Phyllis whom I really liked and the only change would be a different phone number to call her by. I have called her extension at least 8 times in the last 4 weeks and have never been able to talk to her. The payroll has been messed up every time, and I get a different person every time. The Baton Rouge Branch is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Our payroll is wrong most weeks. When I called the main office in Texas to get help they told me there is nothing they can do as they are individually owed. So when they say they get it right the first time - don't believe it.
