Worst moving company ever. They quoted 3 hours and took 6! They broke my $3000 bedroom suite. I went to go to bed that night and the bed fell apart. The people they sent were not professional. I complained and was promised a refund. Now, after a month of calling them and them promising to get me the refund, I still have not received. Do yourself a favor and never use this company.

I scheduled a move with Advantage Moving & Storage with the following experience: first of all, they came nearly 1 hour later than their scheduled delivery time without notifying me of their delay, did not bring in tools with them (basic screwdrivers to disassemble a bed which they were made aware needed to be done), unbeknownst to me, 1 mover went into my kitchen drawer to take out a kitchen knife for disassembling the bed. i.e., A local favorite, or hJust wanted to let you know how happy we were with your service for our move last week. Your men were punctual, very careful with our property, and friendly and good-natured despite the very difficult work they had to do. Everything was set up exactly as I wanted it at our new location and they even rearranged the living room twice with good humor. I have already begun recommending you to my friends.
