Please do not waste your hard-earned money or time on this company! Advantage Moving tears up your furniture and sends you through hoops to file a claim against them. They're not customer-friendly, nor are they price-friendly. This experience has left me traumatized and annoyed. The movers weren't careful and did not respect you or your items. I contacted numerous movers for my move from Illinois to Tennessee and after meeting with Jim Schwantz we felt comfortable in coordinating our move. Numerous issues came up during the selling process, with delays, including one week before closing but Jim and Advantage communicated daily until final move day. Fabio and his crew not only moved us out from Illinois but was also the crew moving us into Tn, hard workers and great job. Thanks! Would not hesitate to recommend!
EDIT: their office worker was actually very helpful trying to mitigate issues regarding the damaged furniture. She had to go back and figure out a way herself to remove the furniture through a personal contact in the area because their corporate insurance department was less than helpful trying to find a solution.
