Smooth experience from start to finish. I had to move from IL to NJ on short notice—about two weeks—and among all the moving companies I contacted, Advantage Moving was the only one that sent someone on site to assess my one-bedroom apartment and provided a very competitive quote. Coordination was excellent, and the movers were friendly and professional. Advantage Moving did a top-notch job with our recent move across state lines. Our Move Consultant, Lee Scheu, was outstanding and stayed with us by phone every step of the way. She was the reason we chose Advantage to begin with. Our move crew, Jermaine “Doc”, Courtney, and Bobby, were great. They were so hard-working, courteous, careful, and very personable. I never expected to give 5 stars to a moving company after being burned a few times, but Advantage Moving & Storage truly earned it. Everything from scheduling with Lee to the actual move with Jermaine went seamlessly. Lee went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with every detail in the contract and Jermaine was kind, careful and impressively efficient with pick up and delivery.
