I chose Advantage Lumber (5"w engineered Jatoba) to replace storm-water damaged floors. The pictures speak for themselves. The floor feels so good underfoot; solid and smooth, with just the right amount of color variation you want from an exotic wood. Kendall Amidon was great to work with. He helped by answering all of my questions and concerns, provided a sample and arranged shipment. I would definitely recommend Advantage Lumber; they had lots of other products I would like around my home as well!
