If you are looking to have a family member stay here, DON'T. My dad has COPD Emphysema and Stage 4 lung cancer,I was on the phone with him after he was transferred. They never connected his oxygen so he was having constant breathing issues. They did nothing. They acted like it was nothing. These nurses and doctors at this facility only care about their paychecks. Nothing else. So do yourself a favor and look for a place that will at least care about your family member.
I have been in a lot of facilities, and I think this one is the worst. Part of a persons recovery is sleep, but it's seems impossible to sleep here at night. One reason is its very hot and muggy in my room because the air conditioner barely works. Another reason is that the call alarms seem to ring constantly because they take a very long time to answer them. Probably because they seem to be seriously under staffed.
