Dispatcher was rude and offensive when we called with simple requests and driver essentially pushed us out of the limo and drove off at destination without warning.
Had a great experience for the prom. Co. phoned days prior to reaffirm all details which assured me greatly. Driver spoke with parents & exchanged phone #'s and the kids had a great time. There were soda's and water provided for their evening and they got to play their music as loud as they wanted.(which is what teens want). Great company for our outing. We had the party bus and it was clean and the driver was courteous and he had the kids respect.
