CPR class today was wonderful. Top notch instructor and the way the material was presented was very helpful.Everyone involved is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring Have been attending classes with this.company for years and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend Advantage First Aid .
If I could rate them with a -1 star, I would. How many ways can I tell you NOT to go through this company. Charles and his partner trained our staff for CPR/First Aid certification. As a responsible and fairly intelligent person, I have NEVER been so humiliated or demoralized by an instructor! AVOID THIS COMPANY! Charles totally rocked the class I was in today! He is very passionate about what he does and he wants to make sure you know and understand what you are doing. He is serious yet makes the class very enjoyable. Gave a lot of extra information, based on his experience as a Paramedic, that was very helpful in understanding certain applications and procedures and why things are done a certain way. Very professional and reputable. Wouldn't want to get certified by anyone else.
CPR class was very interesting, flowing and touched everything I came to learn. The instructor made sure each one of the participants understood the material and practiced correctly. I enjoyed the class and will definitely be back in 2 years.
I took both the BLS provider and ACLS courses this month and it was FANTASTIC! Charles is a great instructor who really makes an effort to ensure each student really understands the material. He also explains rationales behind what you're doing which helps improve your understanding of the topic. He has many years of experience as a fire fighter and paramedic. I've had these classes before and never walked away with such an understanding as I did this month. I would definitely recommend this company!!
