Dr. Rutan and his staff are wonderful and provide excellent service.
Very thorough exam. Explained question instead of yes or no answers. Great staff to assist in check in and needs in rooms. Very well trained staff to do vision testing. I strongly recommend this service.

Dr Rutan and all of his staff are the best I've ever dealt with. My eyesight has never been that good and Dr Rutan always tries to do the best he can to keep me functioning. I would recommend them to everyone for eyesight issues.
