Wouldn't recommend. Worked for an employer for 5 years that used them for HR/payroll services. When hired by another company I needed to show w2 or some sort of verification that I was employed thru thr company as my IRS taxes states Advantage was my employer and it is not suitable for government positions. Theses guys are unable to verify employment as well as the new entity "OneDigital". Id recommend going with a small cpa over these guys.
Very happy with them, we were doing all our payroll in house before. We came to advantage and was very pleased with the simplicity of how they structured everything. They really helped take the stress of payroll and let me focus on running my business. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made out of the 40 years we been in business

Super easy to work with
Good luck getting a reprint on your w-2. They are refusing to send it digitally and she claimed I need it in writing. I said okay who would I go to ask for that? She went off on me saying they are busy and sorry I didn’t get my w-2 it’s not even supposed to be sent till tomorrow. (It was already sent to the wrong address and I won’t be getting it) so it needs reprinted. I need tax’s asap because my family is struggling we could use the cash. I have family and friends who got w-2s from them, they never took tax’s out, so now ... read more
