Zero Stars I called them to ask about an issue on my credit report and tey refused to chat with me because the report was puled by a mortgage loan officer and 'for compliance reasons' they would only speak about my credit report with the loan officer. It's my credit!!!!!
A hard inquiry was pulled without notifying me! I'm not happy at the moment! I DON'T EVEN KNOW THEM
I had never heard of this company but they pulled my credit without my permission. The only way I found out was because credit karma notified me that someone had pulled my credit. This might explain why I got random mortgage quotes that I didn't ask for.
Was charged 97 dollars randomly after having NO interaction with this company. After reading the other reviews, it is obviously a scam
